Day 1

Hi guys, it’s been a moment here. For our stalites, you’re welcome back from the short break, and for the fresh men, welcome to The Real Christian blog. I’m glad to have you here. You might not know me, however, you’re already a part of me and you being here means a whole lot to me.

For the fresh men, check out our FIRST POST in order to have a knowledge of what we are all about.

To the business of this post, this is me challenging myself to write for 31 days (actually, the Holy Spirit challenged me). I’ve been away from this space for months. A few people have asked and my major excuse is that I don’t have enough time on my hands and sincerely, I have no content, or should I rather tell that I’ve been extremely lackadaisical with this and I’ve left the job  just because “I’m too busy.” Well, as sweet as the Holy Spirit is, He didn’t leave me to wallow in sadness because I’ve got nothing to write. Recently, this thought popped into my head, and obviously, that was God speaking to me to do what I’ll call a “Write-A-thon” for 31 days.

               

It’s quite a challenge because I’ve not written for months and now, I’m supposed to go writing for 31 full days! I’ve done 7 and 14 days before, and it was quite the task but I did it on my social media platforms just to prep myself for writing daily and all I did was share how my day went. It was titled, “Day In The Life Of A Nigerian Lady.” It was quite exciting as friends whom I couldn’t catch up with often said that was a way of them getting to know what I was up to and they were always eager to read my posts at the end of each day.

I’d spoil the fun if I tell what I’ll be feeding you with for the next 30 days so I’ll leave you to wonder and let you find out what I have cooked for each day. I’m just doing an intro for today and promising that you’d enjoy the ride for the next 30 days. I can’t promise you a 2-minue read but you’d always want to read till the end; that much I can promise.
